Every session is different – because your body is different each time you come in. Your therapist assesses your current state: what has accumulated since your last session, where the restrictions are, what needs releasing, and what needs activating.

A typical maintenance session combines:

Joint Mobilisation

Restoring range of motion in the thoracic spine, hips, and any other areas showing restriction.
