Based on the findings and your personal goals, we will create a customised step-by-step Care Plan.
3. Healing
The goal is to get you out of pain and heal your body by using a blend of Australian Manual Therapy techniques.
4. Strengthening
We combine our deep physiotherapy knowledge with the latest movement science, to strengthen your body and prevent future injuries.

Following this deep dive, your Clinic Director will clearly explain their findings to you in a way that makes sense. You will then receive a customised, step-by-step Care Plan, a strategic roadmap for your body’s full recovery.

Following your consultation, every treatment session is fully customised to meet your body’s specific needs at that very moment. Your session may be dominated by Manual Therapy, focused on Movement, or a seamless, calculated blend of both.
