At the beginning, our priority is to reduce pain, stiffness, and discomfort around the hip after surgery. Gentle manual therapy and mobility exercises are used to improve joint movement, reduce muscle tightness, and help patients move more comfortably. We also guide safe walking, sitting, standing, and daily movement habits during the early recovery stage.


Phase 2: Improve Strength and Balance

As recovery progresses, treatment focuses on rebuilding strength around the hip, pelvis, and lower limbs. Targeted exercises are introduced to improve muscle control, balance, and walking stability. We also work on restoring confidence with movement and correcting compensatory patterns that may have developed before surgery.


Phase 3: Return to Daily Activities and Prevent Future Problems

Once strength and mobility improve, rehabilitation shifts toward functional movement and long-term independence. Exercises are progressed to improve endurance, flexibility, and walking tolerance for everyday activities such as climbing stairs, standing longer, and moving more confidently.
